As a special equipment, DSW Rope Capstan Machine is applied for taking-up and expanding the wire rope. While in the progress of making use of this machine, the wire rope that has been used before can be taken up over again for the purpose of removing and reusing the wire rope, of which another aim is to prevent the wire rope from wrapping and distorting in order to protect the wire rope. At the same time, this machine can lighten the laboring work while workers are taking-up and expanding the wire rope to realize the mechanization of taking-up and expanding the wire rope. Therefore, it is considered especially to be applicable for pulling on and taking out the wire rope before and after drilling in the oil field, and also for taking-up and expanding the large scale of cable and wire.
According to the different needs of users, the power system of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic form, dynamic hydraulic stepless speed type and electric type type can be varied speed and stepless speed regulation, can be designed according to the different needs of users of different tonnage, torque and structure of products, can also be based on user request for additional rope drum.
